Captain Jack von Lancaster is a handsome 3 year old German Shepherd. We don't know how Jack lost his eye, maybe it's a birth defect. It doesn't seem to bother him at all. He is good with other dogs and is housebroken. As per our volunteers who spent time with him:
"Captain Jack is the most amazing boy.  He accompanied us on our travels from Malibu to our boarding facility downtown, in bumper-to-bumper traffic. He enjoyed the ride in the car, never made a peep, and gave delicate kisses to Etta, the amazing wonder dog volunteer who lay next to him.  We made a pit-stop at our home so he could stretch his legs.  He was very respectful in his new environment and responsive.  Just one "Hey Jack," and he came right back to us.  He has a regal bearing and his stacking in silhouette is striking.  He passed his initial cat test with flying colors.  Jack is quite a well-bred dog.  He will fit in in most situations. Please come meet this marvelous, classic gentleman.  He will likely surpass all of your expectations.
